We want you to be completely satisfied with your 9Barista espresso machine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  Pack Your Machine

  Ensure the 9Barista unit is thoroughly dried and placed back in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated returns center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the machine is in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
